This is definitely not pretty by all means so beware if you decide to watch.
It is like I'm wearing a 20+ lb weighted vest. I haven't stepped on the scales lately so I'm unsure of my EXACT weight gain. I can tell it's a lot from how hard pull ups have gotten FOR SURE!
